  1. Hey, if in Year 7 he still hasn't been to Indy, he should be out. They can still get there, but they have to go undefeated the rest of the way, that would include beating OSU and having OSU and Penn State beat MSU. I don't see that happening. Any of it.
  2. There is no player that is untouchable.
  3. He's no longer on the IR, is he? He's been eligible to play for several weeks. He just hasn't.
  4. Anything on Decker yet?
  5. Because Barista Bob had to bring in Frat Boy Matt to run the team. 2 people that I am convinced never made a single decision in New England.
  6. I would agree with that, only adding a second 2022-type year. I think they were so far in a hole from the previous regime of Bill Belichick Errand Boys that they have a harder road than even an expansion team. I think ownership knows this too and that's why even if they do go 0-17, there won't be any major change. If they do it right, it will take a little longer than it should. It's all about the draft. Any trades for the Lions yet today? They should trade anyone they can get a Top 3 round pick for. Just gut it and do something that no Lion regime in recent memory has done -- draft really really well in the first 3-4 rounds, especially. My goodness, just hit on a 2nd rounder !
  7. I've been reading about the likely award winners and contenders for 2021 and I have not seen AJ Hinch's name mentioned as a candidate for Manager of the Year. Kevin Cash will get it, and deserves it, but no mention of Hinch? It's got to be because of the Astros scandal.
  8. Because they want the wheels to come off in PRIME time.
  9. Look at that receiving corps, and your best two experienced O-Lineman are both out and Goff is your QB. How can anyone be measured with that? This isn't on Lynn. It's on Quinn.
  10. I'd like to see them get ONE win. Just one. Only one team in modern NFL history (1934 and on) has had multiple 0 win seasons and that's the Detroit Lions (1942 0-11) and (2008 0-16). They are embarking on a third. But there is hope. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost their first 26 games but found themselves in the playoffs just two years after that streak ended. The 1-15 and 0-16 Browns are a contender just 3 years later. Load up on draft picks and don't miss.
  11. Gotta see more. He could be a Matt Flynn. Very little tape on him. Hang on to draft picks and trade anyone you can for picks in the top 3 rounds. That includes Hock. I mean, ANYONE.
  12. If they didn't bring someone in today, down 38-0 with Goff getting beat up all day, then they are never putting anyone else in unless Goff gets hurt.
  13. And if they don't trade Decker this week, I don't ever want to see him play here again. They need experience on their o-line desperately, but he's got his boo-boo finger. Screw him. Too bad dumping a player from this team is not a punishment.
  14. I'm gonna give you a can of Alpo and some moldy bread with a handful of shredded cheese. Make a good meal out of it. He's got nothing, man. Just nothing.
  15. I think he played JJ the way he did this season to keep him from going to the portal. You can't have 2 good QB's anymore. The one who isn't getting played will just leave. I think it was mishandled. They had a couple of blowouts where they could have put JJ in for all or most of the 2nd half and it would have seemed like more of a natural way to get JJ some experience.
  16. The Frieder thing was because he took another job, so he was an Arizona State man at that point. I get that. But the way it's been applied since then because Bo said it, like God said it or something. I think Frieder, who is a math genius and rumored to be able to count cards, wanted to be closer to Vegas. LOL.
  17. Speaking of nails and fingers................Taylor Decker not playing again? Jason-Pierre Paul blew his fingers OFF, he was playing by the 8th game. If they can get anything higher than a 3rd round pick for him - do it.
  18. Do you realize that the last time Michigan won the Big Ten You Tube and Facebook didn't yet exist. Big Ten teams who have not even been to Indy Illinois Indiana Maryland Michigan Minnesota Purdue Rutgers And Minnesota may make it this year. Sad. But the 1940s, man...........they DOMINATED the 40s. Let us tell you all about it.
  19. I love this team. They fight like hell. Too bad one of their best offensive players has to act selfishly and miss key games.
  20. Joe Veleno is making it hard for this team to send him back down.
  21. Gee, I wonder who Lord Stanley will root for in this game?
  22. Animal House is on. Maybe Faber can win the big game. I needed this Right Now. Thank you Showtime. ♫ Stand and Cheer for Faber. Cheer the Gold and Blue ♫
  23. Michigan is suffering because of the stupid "Michigan Man" trope. It was started by a guy who was not a Michigan Man before he came to Michigan, in fact, he had worked for OSU. For you youngins the Michigan Man thing started when basketball coach Bill Frieder accepted the Arizona State job before the season ended and he wanted to coach Michigan in the tournament. I can agree with Bo's stance, you can't be the coach of two teams at the same time. But it took on this mythic quality and when Rich Rod got hired and wanted to do things a little differently the old guard scremad HE'S NOT A MICHIGAN MAN and willfully and actively sabotaged him. The over-practicing scandal that they got nicked on was an inside job. Someone in the program stabbed Rodriguez in the back. You know why? They were going through way more towels. I'm not shitting you. That was how that whole "scandal" started. Some old bitter blue blood (apparently from Lloyd's staff) reported it. When they lined up against Rich, it made him dig in his heels and become reluctant to listen to any advice about how to adjust defense to the Big Ten style. I think he would have come around if he's been given any breathing room. His defensive talent was NFL-caliber and they soared under Hoke. But no, they'll stick with Harbaugh because he's a Michigan Man. And if he leaves they'll go looking for a Michigan Man and get snobby when other guys are mentioned. Talk to you after next year's loss to Michigan State, when we'll be talking about the same things.
  24. Ah, MSU will just hire the next guy to beat Michigan. Probably PJ Fleck. Or they'll pluck some MAC coach or Clay Helton and he'll beat Harbaugh too. Face it, Michigan is in the group of has-beens like Texas, Tennessee, UCLA, who just can't ever find their way back. Should have supported Rich Rod and stuck with him.
  25. I think he made a lot of money because of Andrew Luck.
