  1. New O-Line. New QB. Weak Receivers. Maybe it's just a case of why get him banged up now, but Fox's announcers are a joke. So, do they fire Moore Homecoming Week or what? I mean this team lost a game before the playoffs after replacing much of the offense - he's a terrible coach, right. Oh, by the way, the way this playoff is set up, it's probably going to be 4 from the SEC, 3 or 4 from the Big Ten, Notre Dame and 3 or 4 other teams that they allow, but force to play on the road in the first round. Michigan's season is FAR from over. This game may toughen them up a bit too. But yeah, some are already probably screaming that Moore should be fired and I am sure comment sections will have to be disabled because it will no doubt get racial...........because this is "Murica.
  2. First time seeing the Big 10 flyover commercial with the West Coast teams That Tom Brady commercial is nauseating The Sark story is a good one. Hit rock bottom with his drinking in front of the whole world and has rebuilt his life and career. It's a good example for anyone with a drinking problem.
  3. Aaron Hernandez doesn't deserve a TV series. Even if it makes him look bad. His memory should be thrown in a landfill where it belongs.
  4. So, you call this in 1 week and 1 series. Replacing a guy who wound up being a Top 10 pick is a lot to ask, but there have been several QBs in Michigan history that didn't get off to a blazing start. He needs the big play to a receiver to settle him down.
  5. WTF are you talking about. He was held. Guy had a fistful of jersey.
  6. Okay, there's your break.............make something happen here. Can't believe that wasn't blocked.
  7. TP - should we fire Wink Martindale ? I mean, he obviously sucks and doesn't know how to coach.
  8. That is as loud as that place has been since the first night game. Wow.
  9. Hey, Lee Corso WANGLER TO CARTER !!!!!!!!! SCREW YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. I heard somewhere that they only used 8 or 9 different plays (with a few minor variations) vs. Fresno. They played the most basic, generic game they could and let their defense wear down Fresno. I really have no idea what to expect today. Texas probably doesn't play against a defense was good as Michigan's very often - especially the last few years in the Big 12. I think it comes down to a poorly-timed mistake and a single score difference. Could go either way. Glad we get a really good game this early. This doesn't happen enough anymore.
  11. Yes, he did. You have to take a few things into account. Was the SRO in the same area as the shooting at the start?. First of all, it's gonna take a few seconds, at best, to figure out something's wrong. I don't know the layout of this school, but if it's like most - it's large with a lot of hallways..........where sound echoes around. It might have sounded like the shots were coming from another area. And even if the SRO does a fantastic job and in 10 seconds puts and end to it - think of the weapon this CHILD used...........it's made for war and it can do incredible damage in 10 seconds. That SRO probably did save a lot of lives the other day. When the plane landed in the Hudson River, they had people in flight simulators try to determine if Sully could have made it to Teterboro airport. They said yes he could, because in their simulation as soon as the bird strike happened they turned the plane toward Teterboro and made it back. But what they didn't do is give the realistic time needed to figure out how badly the bird strike damaged the engine and if they could keep flying. I think Sullenberger and Jeff Skiles made their determination in about 40 seconds, which is actually pretty amazing and that 40 seconds made the difference. Maybe they could have made it to Teterboro, but that airport is surrounded by buildings and homes, they couldn't risk it. Gotta factor in time to asses.
  12. ......now that Aaron Rodgers is gone.
  13. Darn shame, the Packers being 0-1 and all....... I don't root for Jordan Love to be seriously injured.
  14. R.I.P. Sergio Mendes - great musician - one of the most influential of all time
  15. Can't beat the ****ing Oakland A's 8-31 against them since 2018
  16. I think that umpire has a bet on the A's tonight.
  17. I always liked Daz Cameron and hoped he'd figure it out (not tonight, mind you), but he's the definition of a AAAA player.
  18. I flip it off every time I drive past it.
  19. I used to be angry at the father of Columbine shooter Eric Harris - Wayne Harris. Wayne knew his kid had weapons and suspected he might be trying to build explosive devices in his basement but didn't stop him. But Wayne did get his boy to a Therapist on several occasions, it wasn't enough, but he tried SOMETHING. Did this jackass? The Crumbleys sure as hell didn't. And here's the thing - if the Crumbleys only TRIED to get their son help, neither one of them would be in jail right now. Red Flags all over and daddy buys him a gun. What the **** is wrong with people?
  20. Now watch the Right go after Jennifer Carter.
  21. A million thank yous to the Oakland County Prosecutors who set a new precedent that the SUPPLIERS of these horrible weapons will be part of the charges. Maybe more people will wake up and realize children shouldn't have guns like this. You can still take your kids hunting, but you won't be using THESE types of weapons. Took brass balls for the folks in Oakland County to take that (seemingly) risky step, but now we see it being followed in Georgia. Well done, Karen McDonald & Crew. Your persistence will eventually save lives !
  22. Nobody wore them in the first game. This is going to be one of those things where guys don't want to look soft - so they won't wear them at first. Remember - in the NHL there was resistance to wearing helmets at first.
