I wouldn't call him a bust. He had injuries in San Francisco. That's why he was signed to a 1 year contract. he was brought back on another 1 year near league minimum deal. Holmes likes to take those kind of flyers on players. Anzalone fell into that bucket as well. He had an injury history with the Saints and the Lions brought him in originally on a cheap 1 year deal and he has for the most part stayed healthy.

Anzalone and Raymond are questionable. Neither is ruled out, so I think they both play. Moseley is ruled out with an illness. It's one thing after another with this guy.

There have been teams added after the 90's like Houston with multiple 4,000 yard passers. I had thought for sure Cutler did it at least once. He had a big arm and was a gunslinger and I was sure he racked up yards. Cutler did do it once but with Denver. Their all time leading receiver is Johnny Morris who played in the 60's. Nobody had ever heard of Ben Johnson like prior to 2022. He's never ran an offense without Goff. The Lions will likely stay in house at coordinator and run the same offense. I don't think people realize how much input Goff has on the offense. I also don't think people realize that Campbell is a good X's and O's coach and is smarter than given credit for. Remember, he called the plays at the end of 2021 when Goff started to play better.
