Anzalone is worthy of a new contract, but given all the young players the Lions signed and still need to sign, I think he is one of those players you have to let walk that you would like to keep. He's the wrong side of 30 and the Lions have some young LB who can take over.

Worst case is a torn pectoral. That is what kept CJGJ out most of the season. Not sure he would need his upper body supported if he got the wind knocked out of him. Could also be a fracture of some sort.

I've been getting back into older shows and rewatching them. I started Lost again. It really started out great but I'm in season four and I'm ready to check out. I've watched it before so I know how it ends. There's too many characters and half of them I don't care about but I still have to see their back story anyways. I liked in the beginning when it was more mysterious and now it's just more supernatural. I wouldn't mind some sort of reboot perhaps with different characters and a different scenario.
