Obama hasn't endorsed Harris yet.

Harris was on the ticket so we did vote for Harris.

No they don't. They legally don't have access to the Biden campaign funds.

What the hell is the point of the primary? Harris is the only one who has access to Biden's war chest. She's the only one who has access to the infrastructure.

At least there isn't going to be some gameshow style nomination process. Harris is the candidate. Only question now is who the VP nominee will be.

I see all the Democrats circling the wagons around Harris. That's good at least.

My opinion of Obama has gone way down. Obama needed Biden to win. Obama didn't have any relationship with Biden. He chose him because he needed an old white man with foreign relations experience to counter McCain. Biden faithfully served as VP. Obama was younger and much less experienced and Biden never tried to undermine him or steal the limelight. Then in 2016 Obama pushed him aside for Hillary. Then when that failed Biden came in for the rescue. When Biden needed Obama after that debate, we was nowhere to be found. Obama used Biden and put him out to pasture.

If Trump wins, I hope Biden runs again in 2028.

All we need her to do is win. Barrack can run the country once she's in.

Since Dems like to play in fantasy, Biden should order an executive order allowing presidents to run for a 3rd term and Obama should run again.

I think she couldn't pick a lane. She wanted to appeal to the Bernie Bros and attacked Obama and that proved to be a bad idea.

I actually like this. Peters is up for re-election in 2026 anyways. Whitmer will get to pick his replacement from a deep bench of Dems.

I just don't believe that. A lot of people voting for Biden, myself included, were doing so with the expectation that he wouldn't finish out the term. I cannot accept Trump didn't anticipate this either.

If Biden resigns, Mike Johnson is a bullet away from becoming president.

That and Harris will be the DEI candidate. She was also the border czar so open borders. She's from California so nonstop stories of illegal immigrants committing crime in LA and SF. Add in nonstop video of homeless encampments and it's pretty easy. Hopefully Dems are up for the fight.

I think it needs to be a white male. Obama chose Biden because of that. My issue with Kelly is you risk losing that seat. Sure Hobbs will get to appoint the replacement, but I'm not sure if they would win the special election.

Dems better hammer the **** out of Trump's age now.

A black woman and a gay man is getting too exotic. Obama had enough sense to get an older white man in the ticket. Roy Cooper is interesting to me. Perhaps he can help in Georgia and North Carolina.

Given Biden's age, I cannot imagine they didn't have anything in the can for Harris.
