What happens when republicans roll out their attacks on Harris? Are Dems going to cower in fear and throw her overboard too?

Forcing Biden out for Whitmer would be an unmitigated disaster and I like Whitmer. The base would collapse. Where does she get money? How does she put together a staff in four months? What about infrastructure? You think all of Biden’s volunteers will just happily join Whitmer? What about legal challenges from Trump? Who is the VP candidate? This isn’t fantasy football.

What polls do they have? They are really going to force out an incumbent and anger the base because of polls four months out? It’s not about polls.

The far more logical answer is a kid who wanted to be famous and saw his opportunity.

His numbers don't suck. The race is still a toss up and he's even favored. That's petty good given the debate, the media frenzy for two weeks, the Dem firing squad, Trump nearly getting whacked and the RNC. Biden never said he would be a one term president. There seems to be a Mandela effect going on. He was never a great speaker. He always made gaffes. He once called Obama Barrack America. If he was as great as a speaker you say, he's previous campaigns wouldn't have collapsed before Iowa. He's literally been campaigning every day. He's done rallies, interviews, and a press conference. Trump did one rally outside of his golf course since the debate.

He's literally wearing one on the right side of his head.

How many Dems in swing states have called on Biden to drop out? Only one from Michigan is Hillary Scholten. Any from Wisconsin or Pennsylvania? I'm wondering if Dems in New York are ****ting the bed again.

Internal polling must be much worse than public polling.

It is pretty remarkable. They've pretty much wasted all this time airing their grievances in public instead of attacking Trump and educating people about Project 2025. Doesn't look like it will end soon.

There's got to be something that the public doesn't know. The only option is Harris. COVID does give him a good cover to exit the race.

I don't think you can hold the black vote with Harris. I don't think people truly get how pissed blacks are at the party for even discussing removing Biden. They are already losing trust in the party and disenfranchising them isn't going to make it better.

Biden won the primary. 14 million people voted for him. There was literally a whole election.

Yeah and after a bad debate they wet themselves and want to create chaos.
