I think the Rams could be a sneaky team to draft Sanders. The ironic thing is, I saw one comp for Sanders that was Jared Goff.

Jesus, the guy drafts All-Pros in the 3rd and 4th round and we complain about a 2nd round pick that took awhile to develop due to injury.

I don't think it's the players, it's the value that was traded for them.

I'm not a fan of this trade, but I don't think losing mid round picks will hurt them. They have a loaded roster.

That draft Holmes nailed it not just with the picks but the trades. That was the last year Lance Newmark was with the team. Wonder what effect he had.

They gave up a lot of middle round picks that would probably struggle to make the roster. What's worse is the 49ers giving three 1sts for Trey Lance.

I was wondering as well why they used him in the slot. Everything screams X receiver.

In the beginning he was a good trader. He got the better of the Stafford trade, fleeced the Vikings in the Williams trade, got worked over the Packers in the Branch trade, and thought he did all right in the Gibbs trade back. These last trades leave a lot to be desired.

Receiver was an underrated need. Their #3 is a 31 year old Tim Patrick. They finally get a true X receiver.

Once again, Holmes drafts a guy I didn't see coming. I did not see them trading up for a white receiver.

It appears they traded to 70. Guess they must not be worried the Patriots will pick their player.
