  1. Because Ann Arbor is the base of the Democratic Party.
  2. Dems agreed to immigration reform three separate times among three different presidents and all three times Republicans thwarted it. Dems are aligned on immigration. Dems do not support open borders. This is Republican talking points.
  3. But they deported more people than republicans and tried to pass immigration that was blocked by republicans multiple times. Pay attention.
  4. Obama wasn't chasing down cabbage pickers and sending them to concentration camps in countries they weren't native too. Funny how you blame Democrats for immigration when at every turn Republicans have blocked every reform.
  5. "According to governmental data, the Obama administration has deported more people than any other president's administration in history. In fact, they have deported more than the sum of all the presidents of the 20th century." https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/obamas-deportation-policy-numbers/story?id=41715661
  6. Obama was literally nicknamed Deporter in Chief.
  7. If that’s the case, I could see him being signed to the practice squad. The Bears also make sense. It probably was telling that Skipper was getting a lot of playing time in preseason.
  8. He also has a low guarantee. I bet they are doing it to keep an injured player, probably Hassanein, on the roster and will sign Skipper once they place Hassanein on IR.
  9. Like to see the look on Watson’s face when they say they got a Hooker and then realize it’s not that one.
  10. They’re probably cutting it.
  11. I predict he lands on the street like every other Hooker.
  12. I hope the Packers or Vikings sign Hooker for intel on the Lions operation since it seemed like Hooker had no idea what was going on with the operation.
  13. I would be fine with adding Sudfield to the practice squad. Your practice squad QB should be someone you trust the QB room to break down film. That’s why the Lions always kept Blough on the practice squad.
  14. Let’s not forget in 2007 under Bush when senate republicans killed an immigration bill that Bush supported. Republicans have killed all the immigration bills.
  15. Well in 2013 68 senators passed the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013. John Boehner refused to bring it up for vote. Obama did work on immigration and once again republicans blocked it. Yes, 60 days is not enough time to pass two pieces of major legislation.
  16. They only had 60 votes for about two months and passed major health care reform.
  17. They did and had a bipartisan agreement with one of the most conservative senators and Trump told Republicans to kill it.
