  1. I still remember watching O'Reilly after Scott Walker won his first election and moved to break the unions prompting protest. He should videos of violent protests that had palm trees. Astute viewers were able to deduce that there are no palm trees native to Wisconsin.
  2. Pretty telling when the Liberal won the Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin and Republicans saying Wisconsin is off the table for 2024.
  3. I was a lifelong Democrat until the woke mob came for Tucker Carlson. Now I have no choice but to vote for Donald Trump.
  4. Did he actually get fired or is he going to another network?
  5. This usually happens. Wait until the draft shakes out and see who needs a QB. The Lions may even be holding out on signing him until after the draft. You also have Wentz out there with no job.
  6. In this article, they mention the Lions have had called about moving back from 18.
  7. I feel like Casey could have done so much better.
  8. The head bobbing is too much.
  9. You can bet on that.
  10. Jon Kitna did it twice which would be more than the Browns, Jets, Eagles, and Bears. Mitchell and Goff done it once each which would be an all time record for the Bears.
  11. Re-watching the Inside the Den video from the 2022 draft and they had clips from their top 30 interview with Hutchinson. One line that stuck out to me was "If we got to coach your effort, we're going to have major problems." That does not bode well for Carter.
  12. No but there also wasn't official betting partners of the NFL either.
  13. Williams could have ran outside, crossed the street, placed his bet, and went back to practice and everything would have been fine.
  14. The issue is can the Lions weather the start and not start 1-6 again. Last year if they could have got a stop or two against Seattle or Philadelphia or Minnesota they would have made the playoffs. I expect the defense to be much improved.
  15. In my experience in researching EVs to buy, he was very much intertwined with the customer experience and people bought Teslas because of him. It was all about his vision to save the world and he is the single greatest thing to happen to humanity. I am not being hyperbolic. You go into the Tesla circles and this is what people were saying. They ignored all the build quality issues. They ignored the fact they paid $10,000 for a product in 2016 that still hasn't been delivered. It was all their faith in Elon Musk. I had never seen anything like it. I literally felt like if I were to buy a Tesla I would be buying into a cult. It's why Tesla has no PR or advertising. His cult does it for him. I think his purchase of Twitter was the pulling of the curtain on The Wizard of Oz and he is being exposed as not being so brilliant and also a right wing extremist.
  16. Not going to lie, a little part of me was hoping it would have been Anzalone instead of Williams.
  17. "Gambling appears to have been widespread within the Lions organization last season. In addition to today’s bombshell announcement that four Lions players have been suspended for gambling, ESPN reports that several Lions staff members in various departments were fired last month for violating the gambling policy. Staff members of NFL teams are not allowed to bet on NFL games, the draft, postseason awards or anything else NFL-related, and they’re also not allowed to gamble on anything at all while they are at the team facility or traveling for team business. It is not clear specifically which rules the Lions employees violated." Report: Lions fired several staff members in multiple departments for gambling (yahoo.com)
  18. It is troubling it was multiple players and potentially staff. I get the feeling it may have been part of broader ring within the position group. Williams may have gambled on NFL games but they just didn't catch him.
