    Narrative is everything. If Trey Lance were having the same season as Purdy, he would still be a no doubt MVP candidate. Goff is never going to be an MVP candidate. Dak is going to because he's a Cowboy, and because he's a Cowboy, he'll have an equal amount of haters.

    Yup. 0-37 coming in when trailing by 8 or more entering the 4th. 1-31 when trailing by 3+ entering the 4th. Luckily for him the 49ers are leading more often than trailing, but all you have to do is get a lead on the 49ers.
