Kingsbury is out as offensive coordinator in Washington. That got me thinking of another coach on their staff, David Blough. Blough was considered an up and comer in the coaching ranks. Holmes and Campbell has a lot of respect for him as they always tried to keep him on the practice squad because they liked him in the film room. Jumping from assistant QB coach to offensive coordinator is quite the job. Maybe pass game coordinator with a track to offensive coordinator? It seems like a good fit.

It’s probably the only safe republican district in California. It’s way in the NE corner. It’s basically Idaho.

That’s what I’m thinking. Let the voters in November decide.

With Zac Taylor going back to Cincinnati, what about Brian Callahan as offensive coordinator? He was the Lions QB coach during Caldwell when Stafford went from more of a gunslinger to a pure passer.

He should easily get to second next season.

I didn’t think Zac Taylor would be available. It’s not the Bengals style.

Remember Fotenot was a candidate for the Lions GM.

We want to root for the Ravens. If the Ravens, Lions get the 16th pick. If the Steelers win, Lions get the 17th pick.

Lions have four straight winning seasons. First time in over 50 years.

The Lions play the Cardinals and Giants next year and the Bears play the Seahawks and Eagles.

So it doesn't look like Caleb Williams will get to 4,000 yards. Still no 4,000 yard passer in Bears history. Lions have had 15.

I remember when the Packers were going to be undefeated and win the Super Bowl after they beat the Lions the first game of the season. They're a 9 win team and the 7th seed.

Can't help but notice how much the interior DL is getting on this great Bears IOL.

Green Bay probably doesn't play their 3rd string QB if the playoffs were on the line.
