Funny how California is a border state with more Hispanics than Texas or Florida and the busiest border crossing in the Western Hemisphere and yet doesn't need to send immigrants all over the US like cattle.

I feel this is a trap.

It wasn't that along ago when Wentz and Goff were the future of the league. The type of QBs the Lions needed who took their teams to Super Bowls on rookie contracts. Only teams like the Lions give big contracts to QBs who never won a playoff game.

The problem is, the small donors are giving all their money to Trump and not to any other candidates and Trump isn't sharing. Guess trickle down doesn't work.

Well, it was a Republican governor who appointed the financial manager using a law that Republicans passed, voters repealed, and Republicans passed again. The financial manager then made the decision to disconnect from Detroit and pump from the Flint River to save a buck. Things were ok getting water from Detroit but decisions from Republicans lead to the Flint water crisis in which Republicans also ignored.

I'm not sure why they just don't run Chase Lucas out there instead of Harris. Tracy Walker was playing well until he got himself ejected. His replacement than gave up the other big play of the game.

They held Davonta Smith to 0 catches. Hurts only completed 56% of his passes. Outside of that 50 yard catch by Brown in which Will Harris was in coverage, Brown got his catches but no big plays. The secondary wasn't just better in relation to the rest of the defense, it was pretty decent.

I think the defense was better than it looked. Accept for that big play to Brown in which Okudah was out of the game and Will Harris was in, they really didn't give up big plays in the passing game. The pressure was there, they just couldn't finish. The Eagles also have one of the best OL in the league and they were still getting Hurts to move his feet. If they have this same pressure against Wentz, it will be a lot different but mobile QBs kill this team.

Rodriguez had an 80 coverage rating. A lot of the secondary got decent grades. Okudah, Walker, Elliot, etc. Hurts was only 18/32 with no TDs. They got gashed on the run game. Hutchinson was mediocre. Had three pressures. I want to see this defense against a less mobile QB.

I like how Republicans break the water system in Flint and blame the Democrats for not cleaning it up to their satisfaction.

Now imagine what she could do without a republican legislature only determined to pass anti abortion and voter suppression laws. She's been our last line of defense from an all out assault on our democracy in Michigan.
