I understand the reasoning to protect the blindside but that was also when defenses lined up their pass rusher on the left side as well. Teams are now playing their best pass rushers on the right side to avoid the better tackle so I'm not sure the left tackle is as important.

Is playing on the left side really as important as it used to be? TJ Watt was lined up on the right side. I would rather have my best tackle on Watt vs playing the left side. I had a feeling Sewell would end up on the left side but if he dominates the right side, it might be best to just get a replacement for the left side when the time comes.

Probably not wise to have a TE try to block TJ Watt.

Just had a MAGA try to convince me John James is going win MI-10 because of a poll by Breitbart that has him up 19 in Eastpointe. In 2020, Biden won Eastpointe by 50 points so he's convinced in two years there will be a 70 point swing to James. He also has James up 33 in Clinton Township in which Biden won by less than 1 point, but he has James up 28 in Shelby Township which is the reddest city in the district. He does have James losing Sterling Heights and tied in Warren but not losing Eastpointe, the most liberal city in the district. All this from a survey that sampled 400 voters. When Marlinga makes it much closer and wins by 40 or 50 in Eastpointe, they'll claim fraud.

Have to say, the offensive line has been disappointing today.

Another interesting tidbit is Freeh lobbied Trump to remove sanctions on Dan Gertler only for Biden to immediately impose them upon taking office. Guess that $100k didn't buy him any favors after all.

I find it interesting that Freeh has ties to Giuliani and Dershowitz but was apparently giving money to Hunter Biden for access to Joe. Only connection I can find to Biden is that Freeh lived in Delaware.

The only sources reporting this are the likes of Breitbart. I don't even believe this email is real.

This is a different scenario. First, the article you linked said a $100k payment was made to Joe's grand kids via Hunter. $100k was not given to Joe. The article never said Joe received the money, went into business with the guy, or did any favors with the guy. If anybody was acting unethical, it was Hunter. It seems to me he accepted money to give access to his father. We still don't know if he ever got access to Joe or not. Also, is it not allowed for Joe to go into business when he is out of office? It seems acceptable as long as that business is not selling national secrets out of his basement in Delaware. I'm also assuming these emails or even real. This is a dubious source that didn't seem to provide evidence they were even real. The only other sources reporting this are far right extremist news sources.

I also don't understand why whoever is in possession of the laptop just post the entire contents of the HDD online if it is so damning? We always get these stories with bits and pieces of suspected damaging info. Just put your cards on the table.
