It wasn't that long ago that interest rates were at 6%. The SCRA, which was passed in the mid 2000's under the Bush administration, capped interest rates at 6%.

Working in a bank, a lot of people in the origination side have been laid off. I think most of them understood it was going to be temporary.

I remember hearing about the story of Peter Popoff who is a Christian faith healer. He was even exposed as being a complete fraud and he just regrouped and continues his scams. I couldn't help but see he and Trump are one in the same.

At this point, I would be surprised if Watson plays this year. After alienating Mayfield, Houston may have two top 5 picks this year.

A recent poll had Carl Marlinga leading John James in MI-10. I believe it was a liberal leaning poll. I'm not hopeful but at least I know who I'm voting for in the primary.

What I hear you saying is that in Canada you can effectively regulate guns, reduce gun homicides and still hunt? This seems like a magical place. Let me guess, you're going to also tell me that if you happen to get shot by the one of these guns the government will also pay for your medical care?

The US has significantly more guns to people than Canada or Europe. The US is three times higher than the next highest country which is Canada who just moved to essentially ban handguns.

The best part is, while that was happening, in Phoenix a bunch of white people were chanting to count the vote where Trump was losing.

My cousin became a cop in Minneapolis. He was definitely not Emilio Estevez in Breakfast Club. He is somewhat small and somewhat shy. Not sure what drew him to the police force.
