    Virginia proved to me that we are fucked. Democrats need to be inspired while Republicans see it as their civic duty to vote. Democrats keep putting impossible purity standards on candidates and are more concerned about Manchin and Sinema who aren't even up for re-election until 2024.

    To me it's vindication against all the haters who blamed him for the lack of Lions success. It's vindication for all the terrible takes that the Lions needed to draft Tua or Haskins or whatever failed QB when they had the franchise QB there the whole time.

    Actually, they have. They are closing polling locations in Georgia and Texas. There is no reason to have fewer polling locations in areas where the population is increasing.

    My mother is Italian and darker skinned than McDaniel. The 49ers are getting comp picks for this hire so I think it is valid to question whether he is biracial.

    Not sure why Canada is struggling with this. Just have the Mounties gas them off the streets of Ottawa and have Trudeau hold up a bible in front of a church.

    And that's Illinois. In Georgia they are closing polling locations and removing dropboxes. Lines are hours long in areas of Atlanta. In Texas, over half the applications for absentee ballots are being rejected. Polling locations have closed. There is no valid reasons these states are doing this other than to attempt to suppress voting.

    No, there isn't bipartisan support. There's a voting rights bill in the senate that would address these issues plus gerrymandering but not a single Republican supports it. Not even Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger.
