So let me get this straight, she's a tyrant because she properly applied a law that had been on the books for 75 years. The law was ruled unconstitutional and not her actions, and now you're blaming her for not being a leader for not actually overstepping her authority?

It literally says in your first link the Supreme Court struck down the Emergency Powers of Governor Act of 1945. It did not say Whitmer overstepped her power like you stated. I understand that someone who has an axe to grind with Whitmer couldn't make that distinction.

If you are talking about the emergency and mask mandate, the supreme court did not say she overstepped her powers. They said the law from 1945 that she used was unconstitutional but she did in fact interpret the law correctly.

Oh, so you have statistical analysis that social media contributed to a rise in mass shootings by assault weapons? Also, was there not war before? Vietnam? Gulf War? One statistic that isn't up for debate is that 100% of mass shootings with an assault weapon are done with an assault weapon. Whatever you want to say about motivations for carrying out the shootings, they are all done with assault rifles. Lack of access lead to lack of mass shootings with those weapons.

Here's another statistic: 100% of people killed with assault weapons were killed with assault weapons.

Those all sound like good reasons not to have assault weapons easily available.

This is the first homicide in Highland Park since at last 2009. It went an entire decade plus without a homicide. There were numerous cops with guns there unless you are admitting they aren't good guys with guns.

I would love to see Durant traded back to OKC.
