With the electoral college the way it is, someone like AOC isn't going to win a national election. I would look to someone like Buttigieg as the future. They got him out of Indiana, now it's time to get him a more prominent role.

For as big of groomers as the Democrats are suppose to be, they sure can't seem to groom young candidates. The top 3 candidates for president were all over 70.

These guys won't bend to the base on an abortion ban.

My dad is likely in the early stages of Dementia. He's only a year younger than Trump. His primary care doctor keeps referring him to a neurologist but he refuses to go. One of the things that is apparently a warning sign is his declining motor skills. He stumbles and falls a lot. It's like he's constantly drunk. He also struggles at times to use his hands much the same way Trump did when trying to drink a glass of water. Biden seems pretty physically fit for his age. My dad couldn't ride a bicycle like Biden because he simply lacks the balance. He also struggles going down ramps like Trump. My dad is now confusing night and day. It's ironic they think sleeping is a sign of Dementia when my father can be up all night. His eating habits are also getting worse. His doctor now says he's malnourished. His weight is down to 140 pounds. He only eats graham crackers and chocolate milk now. Biden doesn't seem to be showing any of these signs. He's an old man who fumbles his words. Even when Biden was younger he wasn't a great speaker.

I still don't get crypto. I also don't understand what mining crypto is. I'm 99% there isn't someone somewhere wearing a hardhat and flashlight with a pickaxe in a mine somewhere mining crypto.

Don't worry folks, the guy who ended the filibuster on Supreme Court justices so he could get these justices on the bench would never end the filibuster to pass legislation this Supreme Court helped enable.

They just need to win the presidency. Given that they don't even need the most votes to win it, it seems like a given.

Another purple state.

The Republican candidate for governor in Wisconsin just said rape victims have to turn lemons into lemonade. She's the leading Republican candidate. She wants to ban all abortions under any circumstances. Wisconsin is a purple state. They are coming for purple states.

The naivety is astounding. The Republican candidates don't even have to be nutcases. As we have seen with Trump, Republicans fall in line. They all criticized Trump and said he was unfit until he won. If the Michigan legislature passes a strict abortion ban, a Republican governor will sign it.

James Craig will sign any abortion bill that comes on his desk. Guaranteed. I do think there is a better chance that Whitmer wins re-election but the fact is a Republican is going to win Michigan at some point. They are also going to do everything they can at that point to prevent the people in Detroit from voting to maintain their control of the state.
