Hutch played on a much better defense and that certainly aided his production. Having another stud on the other side like Ojabo was also huge.
I think these guys are pretty close which in itself is a tribute to Hutch since Thibs started the draft cycle rated much farther ahead.
Thibodeaux impressed me at the combine. Great speed and bench combo. Exactly what people were looking to see. Not sure why it was a big deal that he chose to not participate in anything else. He’s moved ahead of Hutch for me.
Yep. It appears while the very top of the draft is lighter on marquee impact players, the overall depth at places like DL, OL, TE, WR is really good this year. Holmes and Co should shine.
Either way the Russian military has been exposed as old and out of shape. They are a 300 pound weakling who fooled everyone and intimidated by assumption of strength. This won’t continue any longer. The nuclear threat and the jackwack holding their football is the only thing keeping the West from crushing them.
I am sure that Chris wasn’t opposed to adding $10M to the luxury tax cap but just needed more time to figure out how to get the city of Detroit or the State fund to pay for it.
I feel one condition any agreement is that Tony Clark must shave his ridiculous beard. The gray goatee he had for years was one thing but his new look is embarrassingly bad.
He put these numbers up while being the only offensive weapon. Everyone knew where the ball was going and they still couldn’t stop him. He was just much too physical for college corners. He routinely would catch a WR screen at the the LOS and then make a move and power through t1,2,3 and sometimes 4 dbs to pick up 10 yards. That happened at least once every game last year. That won’t be the case in the league. He’s still coming off injury and isn’t 100%. The 40 is the big question mark on him so he’s going to have to run it at some point but it doesn’t make sense to do it until he’s 100% healthy.
I still think the way to go is to put pressure on the billionaire oligarchs. Essentially blackmail them into being our asserts. Give them the horrible choice or having everything seized and losing it all unless they can find a way to lead the charge inside Moscow to overthrow Putin and stop the war. If successful, they can keep all the money, yachts and luxury apartments in Miami and NYC. If they fail, they will probably be executed by Putin and we seize all their assets anyway
There is no honor among thieves. Putin has made billionaires out of his oligarchs. Even though he created them, I can’t imagine they will sit idle and let him take it all away from them on a crazy man’s quest for his personal legacy. Money corrupts all and it will be interesting to see if it can erode the loyalty of Putin’s closest business allies. They certainly don’t want to return to the Soviet Union days. They love the yachts and luxury they life in Europe and Miami too much. The question is can they band together and use their money and influence to convince the military arm that Putin has lost it and must be stopped.
London is a wild card at the moment based on what he runs. Not sure anyone has a good idea on what he will put up. Mike Evans ran 4.52 and was picked 7th. If London can run the same or less then he’s a top 10 pick. If he runs 4.6 - 4.65 then I he stays in that 10-15 range. Not sure what happens if he runs a 4.7 or higher. Maybe he slips all the way to late 1st.
