Vest has been practically unhittable the last month. Foley’s meltdown in Game 1 vs. Astros certainly helped but Vest was going to wrestle the high leverage spot away from him regardless.
FanDuel has some interesting weekly specials tied to this game:
Lamb & ASB 30+yd Rec in each half: +550 - Maybe but leaning no
Goff OR Dak 350+ Passing: +420 - Nope
Any OL score an offensive TD (all games): +750 - Yes for sure betting
Brandon Aubrey make 67+yd FG: +2400 - yes small sprinkle
I’m choosing to work for Woody all day, every day over:
David Tepper
Mike Brown
Jerry Jones
Mike Bidwell
Cal McNair
Jim Irsay
Mark Davis
Jimmy Haslem
I think it’s a toss up between Woody and:
Shad Khan
Dean Spanos
Stan Kroenke
Steve Ross
They would have if they thought they could start 2-3. They believed they were a Super Bowl contender.
It reminds of a management philosophy that was first told in my 20’s which I thought was idiotic at time but have grown to understand.
When’s the best time to fire someone?
When you first think of it.
It’s a crazy move at 2-3 but it makes sense if you realize they’ve set themselves up with a tiny window to make a Super Bowl run. They are in a desperate situation. Rodgers has this year and maybe next year. They have no future QB in place and no real way to acquire one.
Not in the 2nd. Pair it up with the video and the ball bounces up into his glove right after the picture. The only way that does that is if it hits the ground.
edit: who ****ing cares now
