i think that would be kind of fun, actually. i hope they're threatening that. knowing michigan's faculty's arrogant asses, they would demand the ACC.

they have a brutal schedule next year (texas, washington, oregon, usc, ohio state). which is nice to see considering how awful their schedule has been for the last two seasons. if they miss the playoffs this year because they lose one game it will be entirely their fault and - most likely - entirely justified.

there has to be something going on with ivey we dont see. its obvious how to fix the starting lineup woes... sasser is always going to be a bench guy, imo. he's too small. duren is already such a key to this team. no interior defense with him out of the lineup. i was never a huge saddiq guy. seems like an average filler nba player. but he's better than james freaking wiseman! wiseman finally got to play and what happened? the same **** that always happens. fouls. bad offense. -14. that was a ****ty trade.

i think ivey or burks should be starting. i also dont think that stops double teams on cade because the pistons dont have another ball handler. they need morris back. also, who is the opposition when those lineups are on the floor? killian - for his many flaws - has been drawing other teams #1 or #2 scoring options.

the one thing this does point to about harbaugh is his lack of detail about who is on his staff. he needs a personal assistant or three.

right, like their sp+ rankings from bill connelly. which is what i quoted. michigan could lose to penn state and this will all be moot. but as of now, they've been destroying every opponent they've played. ohio state has played plenty of bad teams and hasn't performed to michigan's level. not even close, really. to your point, michigan hasnt played a good team and that's a very valid reason for not ranking them high. but relying on computer rankings i like has them at #2.
