Both the Wings and Griffins look awful tonight (Griffins just changed goalies, Wings might be headed that way) so the tank crowd should be happy. Looks like Kasper dressed for warm ups based on some Ballys footage

I am really liking what I'm seeing from Mazur so far, he seems to have good instincts for where to be and skates hard to get to good defensive positions all over the ice. He seems a little more open to passing this second game too haha

He's putting himself out of position and had a couple giveaways on exit passes. On one play he was leaving the zone before the Wings truly had possession and Chiarot had to make a nice play on a 2 on 1. Simon did make a pretty nice play later in the period so maybe he was taking a bit to get into the game after sitting out.

Edvinsson is not having a good game so far, he's actually getting bailed out by Chiarot.

I ended up paying $20 to be able to watch the rest of the Griffins games this season through AHL TV, should be interesting. Mazur is one of the better Griffins so far I would say, skates well with the puck and has tried some creative passes. They have him on both special teams already, he drew a penalty on a GR penalty kill to even it up at 4 on 4. So far so good.

I know I'm a homer because I like those drafts still haha. Raymond is second in his draft class in points, 4th in games played. I still have high hopes for Wallinder so we will see how that goes. So far that draft hasn't produced much outside of the first round and there are even misses there. Hanas probably is an AHLer but I don't think he's completely a lost cause, Sebrango and Viro seem to be decent depth from the minors. I think Soderblom is a NHL player so I'm happy with him and Seider from 2019. It is a shame Mastro and Phillips' time at BU was so weird I really thought it was a good idea to get them both. If Tyutyayev puts on some muscle he could be something? Players from the later rounds of this draft seem to be trickling into the NHL a bit more now so it would be nice if another player could join Seider and Soderblom in the NHL. But drafting is tough.

They called up Hirose on an emergency basis today so I guess there's a chance there could be a slot open for Marco if they're interested, I would imagine Grand Rapids is more likely but I have been pretty off on all my predictions lately 😂 I think Chiasson and Zadina are injured at some level but I have no clue how long term those are.

My assumption is that Kasper signs and comes over in the offseason to get ready to start in GR, he just returned home to focus on graduating high school which is kind of a wild thing to type out. Uhh scratch that I guess what I read a couple days ago is already outdated: I guess he didn't come here to play school
