  1. 4 years, $4.75 per for Chiarot, I hate it!
  2. Apparently close to signing Perron??
  3. Well they certainly needed a defensiveminded d-man
  4. Apparently the Wings are signing Ben Chiarot too??? Not a fan...
  5. Some good videos specifically on certain parts of Kasper's game:
  6. Blashill definitely was wrong for the Wings' rebuild I would say (I don't think he ever really adapted his systems much to the players or the situations) but I don't think he's a bad coach. He's been successful at every other level, I wouldn't be shocked if he's a great assistant in Tampa. He is also best friends with Cooper so that'll help you get a job! I wouldn't be shocked if he got a chance as a head coach in a few years.
  7. Indeed! I always find him fascinating to watch move around on the ice. Wings' development camp stream is starting now 7/11 @ 1 pm:
  8. One of our more mysterious picks:
  9. Got lost in the draft shuffle
  10. Reading about Anton Johansson, he's super intriguing too. Big, apparently can skate pretty well. He's young and already had a few games in the SHL. If Hakan likes him then I like him!
  11. Crap I made edits to that list oh well. They're drafting some strong names at the very least.
  12. Well so far i love this Russian pick, seeing some Panarin and Kucherov comps James seems like a Draper Mazur-like pick, hopefully he develops a bit at North Dakota but this pick kinda worries me https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/dylan-james-is-unds-top-nhl-draft-prospect So far: 1st #8 - C Marco Kasper, 6'1 Left ----------------- 2nd #40 - LW Dylan James, 6'0, Left 2nd #52 - W Dmitri Buchelnikov, 5'9 Right (Capitals pick from Mantha-trade) ----------------- 3rd #73 --> Traded for G Ville Husso. (STL drafted C Aleksanteri Kaskimäki) ----------------- 4th #105 4th #113 (Vegas-pick, traded for 2020 5th, selected G Jesper Vikman 125.overall) 4th #129 (Colorado-pick, traded for Patrik Nemeth at 2021 deadline) ----------------- 5th #137 ----------------- 6th #169 --> Traded away for C Mitchell Stephens. ----------------- 7th #201 7th #212 (Los Angeles -pick, traded for Troy Stecher at 2022 deadline)
  13. I think the first guy led his league in rookie scoring so hopefully there's some offense there.
  14. I have no idea who these players are but the Russian the wings took sounds intriguing
  15. Husso - Ned should be a solid tandem (hopefully)
  16. Only one player in the entire league he played in scored 30 goals last season (that player is 8 years older than Marco). If a draft eligible player could score 30 goals in a SHL season they would probably be the first overall pick haha. It just isn't your typical junior league but a real pro league where a player has to play a complete game against men.
  17. I mean it isn't "good" per se but he's a teenager playing against grown men in one of the toughest leagues in the world to generate offense. The fact that he played 46 games on Rogle at all means he's a really solid player. Lucas Raymond scored 4 goals in 33 games his draft season and then 6 goals in 34 games the next season for some SHL context.
  18. Coyotes trading up for Geekie... dicey dicey
  19. Dang it Steve you're supposed to go against what everyone predicts!! Hope Kasper is a good one.
  20. Nazar is my final answer
  21. Lots of options for the Wings here with that defender going to chicago?
  22. Kemell, Savoie or Nazar for me I think
  23. I am absolutely shocked Cooley goes before Wright what the....
