This one might be legit delay though, and not for too long. My understanding is de Oliviera is not using the same legal representation as Slump and Nauta. This is seen as possibly indicating some level of cooperation with the government. So Slump's super pacs won't be paying for De Oliviera's legal defense.

C-SPAN just played a clip of Slump yesterday doing a rally in Erie, PA. The clip was him talking about whether he should participate in the debate in August.
