We go to a martial arts gym 2x a week and everyone still wears them there. Occasionally at stores. There's no rule for it at my daughter's school but she wears it quite a bit still and it looks like a sizable number of kids at her school do as well.

On the Democratic side, Fetterman's main primary opponent is Conor Lamb of moderate Democrat fame. Fetterman catches some heat from the left regarding a gun-pulling incident in which I believe he pulled a gun on a young African American kid. I dont know enough details and don't want to proliferate falsehoods but that's the main line of attack I see on Fetterman and I've seen Lamb doing it.

the fillibuster is way more valuable to the GOP than a national abortion ban is. Why get rid of the fillibuster when you can just add it to a reconciliation bill and fire the parliamentarian if and when they declare the ban not eligible for reconciliation? The legislative fillbuster constrains many more Democratic priorities than GOP priorities. They'd be dumb to get rid of it.

I take the moral stance seriously. I'm just not sure most of these people are taking that stance based on that morality. I base that assertion on the obvious evidence that the said morality clearly does not permeate other stances they take. I actually probably take that more stance more seriously than most forced birth advocates do.

I definitely agree that Boston (esp Boston), Tull, Frampton, the Crue, & Motorhead should be in. It's painful for me to say but maybe even Nugent. I might be biased toward older artists & bands here. Some of the ones you listed are bands I really like but I'm not sure they're HOF.

While Trump isn't going to wow you with his lofty speeches, he's clearly a very very very good politician. I think its fair to say if you try to objectively evaluate him as a politician, putting aside your hate for him, he's really good and really effective. That said, he lost and he also lost both branches of congress while president. But not sure this story is done yet.

I think she was probably quite repellent to moderate republicans who were otherwise ok with jumping ship in light of Trump being the nominee. Policy wise I feel like she's actually on the more moderate side. Scandal follows her & them everywhere so that woulda been painful but I don't think she would be this stark raving crazy lib if she were president. But that's just my opinion of a fake world.
