Trump declared a fake state of emergency and effectively did whatever he wanted based on that with no politial recourse or penalty. If Biden doesn't do the same, the Dems are unilaterally disarming. If you want to support unilateral disarming its a free country

They have all of the segments from the show on the cspan website, the show is Washington journal. I believe you have to log in through cable or satellite provider to reach the content. I've long wished they'd podcast that show but no luck so far

There are more case decisions to be released today. There are still some on the docket with some real bad implications. There's one where they're probably going to decide the EPA can't regulate the environment.... which is a clear shot at the administrative state.
