    Finding out that Brady Tkachuk was the reason DeBrincat wanted out of Ottawa. Makes sense, Cat was stuck on the 2nd line and fewer minutes behind Brady. He wanted to go somewhere where he could be on the first line and get his numbers back up.

    The pool money goes to rounds 1-10, there are rules about rounds 11-20.

    We didn't have to hear about Skubal, his numbers were very loud. Expectations were high on Manning and Mize because of the draft position.

    True, plus there's a recentcy bias toward Langford, who had a great college world series. Tough to let him get by.

    I must admit, that I hated the pick of Clark over Langford. I hope I am wrong on that. I also felt that it was important for the Tigers to come out of the first day with a shortstop, and McGonigle was one of the top shortstops that was going to be available with the 2nd pick.

    What Yzerman did was make the Wings a bigger and more physical team. The two losses to the Senators really bothered him.
