I think we all way too online. The social media impact on this minimal. If he has a good month, everything turns around. And people's expectations are so low that just a little improvement will be spun as positive.

I'm pretty sure that Tork won't have a high ceiling. I just need him to be decent for a year or two until they figure out how to replace him. The worst case scenario is being an unplayable boat anchor.

We're in the Greene and Skubal era of the build. You have to add to this and not subtract because some guys haven't developed.

Has Henning suggested trading Skubal for a bunch of hitting prospects? Instead of actually signing and developing them of course.

3 game losing streak cannot turn into a 9 game streak like last year. They need to grind out a win or two in Cleveland.

Tigers and Yankees both have good pitching and run prevention. They just have more hitters who can do damage and work counts. That was the difference this weekend.

Skubal was excellent against a good offense. I wish we had an average offense that could give him even a little support.

Skubal has been just fine. The offense is substandard obviously.

My guess: if Tork doesn’t show a pulse in the next 4 games, he will be optioned before next weekend’s home stand

Tork discussion aside, the catchers are awful at the plate. Also McKinsty should be on dfa watch IMO.

Wut??? Mize has been decent this year after two huge surgeries.

He was on 97.1 3 days ago saying he wasn't getting sent down...backed him pretty strongly. I'm not sure if something changed.

I think they've tried everything..this is probably just frustration. Nothing they do in the cage or on video is translating to the field.
