    The Phoenix Suns are going to keep Royce O'Neale and will sign him to a new contract. That means in 2026 they are scheduled to have a half billion dollar payroll. Most of that will be in luxury tax penalties. This year's salary cap is expected to be around $143 million.

    Flagg is crazy young for this team. He doesn't turn 18 until December.
