Me, too….. every time I pick up my hair cutting scissors to “just straighten that edge on the left”… which then morphs into a 1/2 hr of “fixing”….until I start singing that song out loud, put Down the scissors, and pick up the phone and try to get a salon appointment to fix the mess I made. (this is the point where having so curly hair saves you, or at least saves a lot of very obvious mistakes.)

Of all the lies, mis-leading statements, accusations of theft and fraud - both here and in Brazil, ….. why is it that the story of the theft of the “GoFundMe” $$$ set up for that homeless veteran’s therapy dog’s cancer care…. Why is this the story that makes me want to rip his arms off and beat him with the bloody stumps? I honestly don’t understand how his constituents can’t start a petition to recall him. After all, I think we could probably see and understand how they would be willing to acknowledge that the man they pull the lever for it’s not the man is sitting in that seat in Congress at the moment. That man doesn’t exist, and was just a lie built upon a lie built upon a lie. Could we call him as an actor in bad faith. Might as well not wait for the actual law to be investigated as far as his perpetrations of fraud, that he may have enacted go. That would take too long. I say as a constituent, they should be able to haul his ass back from Washington.

Just one brave soul needs to bring them to court. How could a law like this stand? I don’t believe it could. Could a town ban mammograms? Could they ban X-rays? Cancer treatments? Dental surgery? Screwball, I was actually agreeing with the first part of your response, as I was asked to update personal data online for an upcoming doctor visit, and the question popped up to ask how I identified.. I admit to kinda laughing as I answered, but, yeah, folks are being asked to let them know how they want to be addressed. I just kind of find that to be a bit over the top, because if I were a person that wanted to be “identified” differently, I think I’d have prefer to talk to my doctor face to face. But, whatever. However, you disappoint me a bit by just repeating the “cat box at a local school” story, which is very much a crock of shit. 😂 “Everyone” is “saying” they know someone who knows someone where this happened in their school. Yes, to all of that. (My brother had a major crush on her for a long time. … and I believe the reason he married his first wife was primarily because she looked like her. Unfortunately, she was not his soul mate.. and… she was kinda nuts. 😳) Super incredible, powerful voice. I envied those pipes. lol. I could never duplicate her sound. Her harmonies with EmmyLou Harris & Dolly Parton will forever be my favorites.

The inherent cruelty and indifference of this action is frightening. If you treated an animal this way, you’d be arrested and shunned by your community. Yet, these perpetrators of these acts are applauded by many …( and funded by every damn citizen of the state these buses leave from - whether they actually would approve of such expenditures or not). Time for the “every man” from these states to tell their respective governors this is NOT a solution. And, I am NOT saying that there doesn’t NEED to be a much better federal plan in place to address these states’ issues, but by all that is holy, stop treating these HUMAN BEINGS like boardgame pieces.
