For all the hatred thrown at Mario and Rod, having them and Fox Sports Detroit, we didn't know just how good we had it. MLB's TV blackout rules are still a mystery to me. The MLB changes baseball rules to try to make it more fan friendly, and yet they still have their blackout rules. It's just a shame that the real baseball fans are forgotten. It's no wonder the interest in MLB is fading.

Just wondering if the spring training pitching is bad or did the Tigers get a new hitting coach?

I live in NW Ohio and used to listen to the Tigers on WJR......coming in loud & clear every day. I then watched many games on Fox......any time I wanted. This is 2023 and I can't get the Tigers on the radio or TV. It's no wonder the interest in baseball is dying.

Verlander is now a teammate of Scherzer. It's truly sad that it's not with the Tigers.

I have nothing against Verlander, but I'd rather resign Scherzer.

Gut check time. Can the Tigers climb out of the cellar? If only Alex Avila was still in Detroit and batting second. This time around he might actually be the best #2 hitter on the team.
