Thing is the Colorodo series shouldn't count as they are not even a real team. Playing teams like Texas shows a lot. They ARE a real team as far as pitching and were reeling offensively until yesterday. Texas has great pitching. Especially their starting. First 2 games they've had our number. Tigers have to get their bats together, hopefully for 1 game tomorrow.

The hitting will drop. Only because the hitting in the American League so far is way down and the Tigers are pretty good so far but not anything crazy good. Water will seek its level. But the pitching should be in the top 3 all year. Can't believe why the Tigers just don't go for a superior defensive club along with their pitching in Comerica. Strive for winning 4-3 games. Just live with not having a top tier offense

That's why it's important to have no weak spots in the line-up. There will be one or two hitters slumping all the time.
