Well, signing Bates for 2 years is telling. I think the job may be his to lose. And they say Turner has a big leg, accuracy may be his biggest problem. That may leave Bagley out of the picture. It would be a nice problem to have, too many good kickers...

Yeah, I understood what he meant. But that ruins my story of how the Tigers announcers constantly make excuses for the Tigers. That's what happens when the team employs the announcer and not the network.

I don't think any fan of a team wants to see them no hit, or even shut out. I know I don't wanna see it. But I'm not going to make excuses for the horrible roster decisions our management makes. Not gonna be a slappy and defend their not even caring about the product the suckers...err...fans have to watch.
