Giving out towels to wipe off the seats? Mariners love the rain, they think it will put a damper on fans enthusiasm.

My app from The Weather Channel said the rain will stop at 5:30 earlier today. Then it said rain to stop at 6:10. Now it says rain ending "around" 7:30. Why doesn't it just say, "We have no idea when or if it'll stop." I found FS2, there are cars going in circles. I can barely stand the excitement. 😅😅

So which channel are they switching the Tiger game to? I don't get FS2.

FS1 is switching to the Yankee game? Tiger fans? Good luck finding TV coverage. It's moving to FS17 or some such nonsense.

MLB makes up this schedule and Mother Nature says, "you think so? Hold my beer." 😅😅

This stadium is just about done, isnt it? A 25 year lifespan is about average. Maybe Fifth Third will spring for a new stadium with that retractable roof? 😅

It doesn't rain for a freakin' month and it decides to rain today. Just terrible luck...call the game and play Wednesday and Thursday.

The Free Press is incorrect pretty often. There was an article today that said the Tigers took a late lead in game two only to give it up and lose. Tork's double tied it up but we never had a lead in game 2.

What really scares me about Flaherty is even when he "appears" to be "on", he'll have an inning when he suddenly gives up a crooked number. And it usually happens so quickly there's no chance for Hinch to react.

I didn't say Schwartz would have similar success as Campbell. I said he would have been a much better coach with all the talent Brad got for Campbell. But yeah, my memory of Schwartz was him throwing a challenge flag on a play that was going to be reviewed anyway. A play that would have gone the Lions way if he would have just waited for the process to play out. But since he illegally threw the challenge flag, an incorrect call stood and we were flagged for a 15 yard penalty. It cost us the game and as head coach, he should have known the rules.

MLB should want a Detroit-Toronto ALCS. It would be the most interesting of any possible LCS. Just have to get away from NY being the media favorite.

Interesting to see Kansas City struggles in the red zone. The MNF stat said they have the lowest td % in the NFL in the red zone. But they sure do have some deep threats. Beware.

Think it's possible that the Lions may have just rested Decker because they were playing Cincy? I know...any given Sunday but it's wasn't even as close as the score ended up and we easily covered the 10 point spread. Hopefully he'll use the week of rest to get healthy.

The Eagles are the defending Super Bowl champions. They're the best team in the NFL. Teams playing them bring their A game against them, it's been that way in the NFL for years, teams looking to knock off the defending champs.

Agreed. The Eagles are a very solidly team. Losing to Denver doesn't take away from the fact that they are a well coached team that has a very good roster. And Barkley....😅

I bet Schwartz would have been a much better coach if he had a Holmes bringing in a massive amount of talent. Campbell is a fine coach who really motivates his team but there are many coaches who could take the talent that Brad brought in and win big. But those two really seem to work really good together and, as fans, we're lucky to have them.

I didn't know how early the games would be in Detroit. 4;00 and 3:00 start times. Maybe Seattle will be sleepy....😅😅

This is the Mariners first playoff win in 24 years. Many of those fans have never witnessed a playoff win.

If not, the 1st game sure seems bigger now. We stole back home field advantage. Need to win 2 home games and save Skubal for game 1 of the ALCS

A 2 run home run would be really good this inning.
