    According to this article, the Tigers already tried to extend him. And it speculated that there's no way Boras would allow him to sign an extension.     I still say they should have made a big push to get Harbaugh. He was their QB for years and is a throwback to the Ditka years and Ditka is a Chicago legend. As a Lion fan, I'm glad they didn't but it really seems like a huge Bears swing and miss.
