There was one a few years ago who said "if you've been in an auto accident, even if it's your fault, you may be entitled to money." I saw that one at a time when my auto insurance bill was due. It really...ticked...me off.

The Tiger comeback tonight is going to be epic. It will propel us into the playoffs and will be talked about for years and years. Kinda like the Frank Tanana 1-0 shutout in 1987 to win us the East Division.

It's baseball. I've seen this before. The Tigers are gonna go on a winning streak and Cleveland is going to lose a few games. We'll all be ashamed of how silly and negative we've been the last week or so.

The 2024 Baltimoe Orioles are a good example of a team backing into the playoffs. They didn't stand a chance ..hanging onto their prospects instead of trading for much needed quality pitchers. It sounds familiar...

In my opinion, it lost them the game. Miami was down by 7 once they got the ball back and forcing a throw lead to the interception. Special teams coach should be fired.

We're having problems scoring runs so this wouldn't be a good time to play Jung. Maybe use him for depth but we have a few options for 3rd base already on the team. McKinstry. Ibanez or Javy can all play 3rd base.

Harris shouldn't be fired. No way. This team is way ahead of where most people expected. I mean, we're contending woth players Al Avila drafted. Wait until the players Harris drafted get here. His trades are very weak and his free agent signings are wasting money but overall, he has us in first place. Some tweaks this winter and we'll be really good next season. And deep down, even with this collapse, this season has been fun.

The Fins shot themselves in the foot. Tied in the 4th quarter, their defense stopped the Bills and were getting the ball back. But a roughing the punter penalty gave the Bills a 1st down and eventual TD. And the Dolphins threw a pick which killed their chances. The Bills covered but not by as much as I thought they would.

I would never have traded for Morton. Montero can give you his 4.50 to 5.00 ERA and he has more upside. But...bargain shopping gets them a seat on the couch watching the playoffs on TV. But don't worry, we have prospects in the minors who may help us win a game in 2028 or so. If they even make the majors.

Tigers lose 2 out of 3 to really bad teams (WSox and Miami) and then get swept by a team 6.5 games behind them. Do they really deserve to be in the playoffs? Nope...
