A perfect and concise statement. But to expand on it? I mentally resigned myself to the Tigers losing this game. As a BP day and against a very good home team, I didn't see how we could win. So a victory here is pure joy, as it was unexpected.

I couldn't believe Riley scored until I saw there were 2 outs. If there would have been 0 outs or 1 out, he wouldn't have scored. That ball looked like it was gonna be caught, and prolly shoulda been.

I don't see the Tigers investing that much money in one starting pitcher. Either trading him or letting him walk would be my guess. They may make it known if they offer him a big contract just to let people know they tried to keep him.
