I think the Tigers’ calculation with Cisnero was to get enough out of him to flip him in July. After all, you don’t keep a 34-year-old pitcher with a spotty history around because you think he’s part of the future of the team. He is the epitome of tantalizing talent. Seems to me like the roll is going to come up snake eyes, though.
