Deleterious Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Key to this game is containing Bronny. If they hold him below his 0.7 PPG average they have a good shot of winning. 2 Quote
Tigeraholic1 Posted November 5 Author Posted November 5 Looking good so far. Tons if Lions players there too. Quote
Deleterious Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Holland shouldn't take five three pointers in a week, let alone a game. Quote
Deleterious Posted November 5 Posted November 5 I don't understand what the Lakers are doing I'm sure LeBron puts butts in seats. But you are never winning a title when he takes up 40% of your salary cap. Quote

Deleterious Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Impressed with Cade. Shot want falling tonight and he still found ways to help the team win. Triple double and I thought he played decent defense all night. 1 Quote
NYLion Posted November 5 Posted November 5 (edited) Young guys leaning how to close out a game, nice to see. If Holland ever developed a three he'd be a really good player because he's fearless and has a relentless motor. Edited November 5 by NYLion 1 Quote
Betrayer Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Well, that was fun! I do love watching the Lakers lose, especially to us. Rough shooting from 3, Cade was off, and yet they still found a way to win this game. Solid defense, good effort from the bigs, and we even saw Cade hold his own guarding Lebron for a long stretch. Holland’s probably reworking his shot with Vinson, but other than that he played really well. Even took AD off the dribble for a nice finish. Ivey was clutch in the 4th. Love how JB has him in motion against a bent defense with Cade making plays and feeding him on the move After near wins against Indy and Boston, this was a big one to hold the lead and close it out. casimir Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Nice to see them not completely fold after building up a nice lead. Quote

Let him have nights where he makes mistakes too. It's all part of it. That's the biggest takeaway so far. Monty hated him. I feel like those players hated him back. Quote

Starting Hayes and benching Ivey for as long as he did should be considered coaching malpractice. The defense also looks much better under Bickerstaff and Monty had Ausar to work with. Quote
