They didn't beat the guy unconscious or shoot him so it seems there was "some level of restraint".  Are you just mad about the liberal comment so now you're going to nitpick every detail about this case?

I'm not following regarding this, seems like it's directed at someone else.

I flat out do not like the way that this administration handles immigration enforcement and law enforcement more generally, and this incident is just another piece of evidence that their handling of these matters sucks. Not the least of which that the way they are going about these matters makes the job of police to solve other crimes that much more difficult (because they are creating an environment of distrust).

I also think that you can be against the way these guys are conducting their business and feel that immigration is a serious issue. I don't have an issue, for instance, with having a tighter border. And (probably the only time you'll hear me say it) they have done a decent job bringing the numbers down at the border. But I am against casting an indiscriminate dragnet and, if anything, we should be looking at ways for those here nonviolently to be able to find work and contribute. Or for kids who came here through no fault of their own when they were babies to be able to go to college and contribute.

Question for you, should this guy that was arrested be removed from the country?

Assuming he's afforded some level of due process, I'll defer to the legal system.

Figures you cant answer.   Quite hypocritical given your last couple pages of posts.

I don't see you answering so spare me the BS.   Hilarious that you call me a bootlicker simply for stating the facts about what happened in this particular case.

Advocating for killing law enforcement for daring to arrest someone in the country illegally.  Makes perfect sense to the far left I guess.

I'm not going to let a bunch of unidentified agents capture me without a warrant or identifying themselves.   And nobody else should either.  This **** has to stop.

Two reasons.  First off, I'm standing here in the park feeding squirrels so looking up links on my phone is a bit of a pain.  Second reason, it's not my job to do your homework.

It's not our homework. It is your responsibility as the claimant to provide evidence of your claim.

We don't need you to drop your squirrels and do provide us your link right away, but you do have to do it if you want us to believe your claim. take your time, we'll still be here. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They literally have POLICE all over their vest and in some cases, the sleeves of their shirt.  It is just flat out nonsense to say that a reasonable person would have no way of knowing that the 6 guys surrounding them in the middle of the day in public are actually law enforcement.

It is the most ridiculous talking point and it needs to stop.

What police?  Which jurisdiction?

Why do they have masks covering their faces?

I don't see Illinois State Troopers out and about wearing masks, what's these guys' excuse?

They have masks covering their faces for two reasons.

1.  Their agency allows it

2.  They are being doxxed and harassed by the pro-illegal crowd

Seriously, you know this so stop playing games.

I remember these days...

Jade Helm 15 conspiracy theories - Wikipedia

Quote

The conspiracy theories also included concern about the name of the exercise, with the "jade" possibly referring to China,[19][20] or possibly an acronym for artificial intelligence developed by the U.S. military.[21] Conspiracy theorist and Texas radio host Alex Jones said that "helm" is an acronym for "Homeland Eradication of Local Militants".[18]

I'm pretty sure the only people who have claimed that federal agents are being doxxed are ICE officials, and seeing as they are a party in interest in the matter, I'd like to see corroboration of their claim from an independent source. I am not asking for links or evidence in this case, just saying I have never seen any claim of this that did not come directly from ICE.

Or this

Quote

Eric Johnston formed a "Counter Jade Helm" group to monitor the training operations and to practice "counterinsurgency" tactics and intelligence-gathering.[22][23] In August, three men were arrested by the FBI and accused of plotting to "resist Jade Helm" with weapons and home-made bombs. Two of the three men reportedly told the owner of a military surplus store that they believed Jade Helm "is a cover for the imposition of martial law in the United States".[22]

There was some tie-in between the Jade Helm 15 exercise and a resurgence of the FEMA camps conspiracy theory with the exercise raising fear that it was a dry run for forcing citizens into internment camps.[24] These fears were demonstrated to have been unfounded when the exercise was completed and no one was placed into a camp.[25]

Interment camps?  What are those?

I know why so many people have guns...its because they are afraid of the Feds.

That's what they have been saying all these years, anyway. Now I think they might be waiting for this particular government to deputize them.

Let's be honest, 2.) is that they know the actions are deeply unpopular with the broader public. I have no doubt that at least some of them are ashamed of it and no doubt think this isn't what they signed up for, particularly those who have been pulled off of other efforts with other agencies. Morale is clearly low.

You can also see it in the ridiculous signing bonuses, age requirements and enlisting D-list celebrities like Dean Cain to market the efforts for new hires as well.... if the public doesn't believe in the effort, believe in the mission, they aren't going to be running to sign up no matter how much you pay them or how much you cut the standards for hiring.

The whole "doxxed and harassed" thing is all just downstream of the fact that they are doing stuff that the broader American public does not want them to do.

See, now I know you're just not even the least bit interested in the facts.  If you were, you would know all about the doxxing going on and wouldn't be pulling a Trump saying it's fake news.

Here is just one of many websites set up to doxx federal law enforcement.
