lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 I have a dream ... of a powerplay goal and a W. Is that too much to ask for? Quote

slothfacekilla Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 I had no idea the game is going on already, losing 0-1 Quote
lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Clock has struck noon and the Wings still haven't score a goal today. Quote
sagnam Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 In all seriousness, if the Wings played the Chinese national team on the road they’d probably lose. Quote
slothfacekilla Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Can't wait for Blashill to get his roster so they'll show up to play on the road every now and then. At least work has been busy for me so I've barely watched. Quote
slothfacekilla Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Nice shorthanded goal for the Wings! Quote

lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Are the Sabres playing under 25% capacity limits, lol? 1 Quote
lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 That shot by Tuch was one of the worst you'll ever see on a breakaway attempt, thank goodness. The Wings surged the last couple of minutes. Off to OT. Quote
sagnam Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Wings get at least one point they don’t deserve. But I’ll take it I guess. Quote
lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Wings dominated the final 10 minutes of regulation and then OT. Larkin wins it! Quote
sagnam Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Two points they didn’t deserve, but in OT they dominated. Quote
slothfacekilla Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 LOL can't believe that turned into a win, Buffalo stinks Quote
lordstanley Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 The Wings are clearly the 5th best team in the division. The chances of moving up or down from that position in the 2nd half of the season is approximately 1%. Quote

buddha Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 not sure about breaking up larkin and bert but they got the win today and both played really well. fabbri with a great play on larkin's first goal. good check got the puck and then a nice pass to larkin for the one timer. bert was all over the ice today doing usual bert things. he's playing himself into a nice, fat contract. Just a shame there aren’t more Buffalos in the league Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 18, 2022 Posted January 18, 2022 Vrana coming back soon and Jonathan Berggren has really started clicking in GR. More of a passer than scorer. He has at least one point in 13 of his last 16 games. Quote
1984Echoes Posted January 18, 2022 Author Posted January 18, 2022 Get them in Detroit. Need more O. Quote

I was a fan of it, they were too top heavy and Bert's skills will help drive any line. Vladdy works hard on the top line so I don't mind him there at all, gives Larkin some space to wheel around. It is a shame they have to spread out their top wingers due to a lack of top flight centers but what can you do. Quote
