Perfect game broken up. Baltimore announcers are calling it a swinging bunt, but just seemed like a soft hit ground ball to me. I think the scorer could review whether to change the hit + error to a straight error.

So Morton gave the Tigers 6 innings of 0 runs 2 hits 3 walks 1 HBP pitching. Nice!

Morton has given the Tigers two really good starts in his 3 starts. Beating the weaker teams is what teams need to do that have playoff aspirations.

Whoa, careful there Wenceel. He just smashed a liner off Tork's hip for the 3rd out of the 7th. Torkelson seems to be OK.

you wouldn't think that throwing fastball for a strike in the bottom 3rd of the zone would be that difficult to do, but apparently it is/has become for Kahnle.
