CaliforniaDreaming Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Excited for some west coast night games. I might be able to catch the end of the game when I wake up in the morning! 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 25 Posted August 25 I don’t like West Coast night games. Eastern time zone games for me begin around 5 PM which is just wonderful, while a game on the West Coast that begins at 8 PM for me is inconvenient. 1 Quote

I know for those of you in the eastern time zone these West Coast games begin at 10 PM. So my complaints are kind of minimal in your eyes. Quote
oblong Posted August 25 Posted August 25 When I was working from home full time west coast games didn't bother me at all. I liked them as the house was quiet. Now that I have to drive 20 minutes (oh poor me!) into an office to put on my headset and talk to folks around the world from there rather than my home office it is a bit of a bummer. Quote
Adullin Posted August 25 Posted August 25 I hate west coast games and was very happy when the Red Wings moved. Having said that Skubal day verse the A's seems to good to be true. I see us losing this game. Quote
chasfh Posted August 25 Posted August 25 I don't normally love west coast games, but I have a 730pm softball game which will wrap up before 830pm, so it'll work out well for me tonight. Quote

I will be in your time zone next week, except one country over, just as I was early September last year. Instead of the Camino Frances, this year I’m doing the Tour du Mont Blanc starting in Chamonix. The only night games (North American ET) next week are Tuesday and Friday. Quote

Believe it or not, I still haven't gotten to France. I'm going to have to correct that soon. Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 25 Posted August 25 When I was in France, many years ago, everybody was thin, good looking, and the food was great. Even the countryside seemed sculptured with intent. I really liked it. 1 Quote

I intend to sleep with 7 of them my 2nd night there* (*in the communal room of a mountain hut) 3 Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 25 Posted August 25 I dislike these late games so much I might not even follow this game closely if it weren’t for Skubal and my hopes that our offense could have a field day at Sutter Health Park. Quote
GalagaGuy Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Cleveland is down 5-0 in the 7th. I think we can finally stop keeping an eye on their games. Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I checked the Yankee game for a second on TV and the rich people seats behind home plate are sparsely attended there too. Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 26 Posted August 26 When I tuned in the FanDuel audio was horrible and fluttering now it’s audible, but not synced with the picture. Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I’m having the same problem with the voices syncing with the lips on the Athletics MLB TV feed as well. I think this is an MLB TV issue. It’s not exclusive to FanDuel. The ads however are fine. Quote
IdahoBert Posted August 26 Posted August 26 They are playing in a minor-league ballpark “down by the river” according to Jason. Quote
