Melton looked strong again. I see him with a significant role in the post season

Might not have made any difference in the end or maybe if the winning run is only on first, Vest doesn't get a case of the yips.

They have a good roster. Kurtz a future HoF perhaps with a handful of other future stars. Tiger's will be good to get out of there with one win.

Future Hall of Famer based on 3/4 of a rookie season is a big swing. He might make it, since Ted Williams, Albert Pujols, and Frank Robinson all had rookie seasons with similar terrific offensive output at a young age. OTOH, so did Jimmy Williams, Kris Bryant, Alvin Davis, Charlie Hollocher, Ryan Braun, Johnny Pesky, and Jason Heyward.
