I have no idea why you would use Finnegan here with there being a game tomorrow but I'm sure AJ has a good reason for it.  Hopefully someone asks in the post game presser.

I bet Hinch & Company would rather just get this game over with no more scoring and get back to Detroit ASAP.  Tomorrow’s game as @ 1pm.

I just noticed that. A holiday day game...

Jason said if they had put anyone else in Hinch was probably thinking they’d give up three runs and they’d have to bring in Finnegan anyway so why not bring him in now. I found this explanation, brutally honest. Also Hinch plays one game at a time.

Finnegan in again…

Finnegan has a 0.44 WHIP in his last 7 games. It's unsustainable. I mean, I hope so but that's just...not something he can keep doing. Amazing..

I don't want to jinx it but I think that win may be the nail in the coffin for KC. We have the tiebreaker so they are gonna have to pick up 10 in 24 games, would be hard enough on it's own but considering they don't have anymore against us it makes it just about impossible.
