Deleterious Posted yesterday at 02:22 PM Posted yesterday at 02:22 PM Most people that signed as free agents this summer are now eligible to be traded. Guys that signed later in the summer still are not. Guys like Grimes, Giddey, and Kuminga will be eligible January 15th I believe. PJ Washington signed his extension after the season started. So he is not eligible to be traded until March sometime. It's after the trade deadline so he basically can not be traded this season. Trade deadline is February 5th. Quote

Deleterious Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago My god Pistons’ focus is development, not big moves, at NBA trade deadline Quote Duren also is in the process of earning himself a significant payday. According to The Athletic’s CBA/salary-cap analyst Danny Leroux, who estimates a $166 million cap for 2026-27, Duren could sign a four-year, $178.5 million offer sheet with another team or a five-year, $240.7 million contract with the Pistons. That number jumps to five years, $288.8 million if he makes an All-NBA team this season. Assuming Duren’s high-level play remains consistent throughout the season, Detroit will likely do its part to retain the big man. Quote

Deleterious Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I think it would be incredibly frustrating if my team shot three pointers like Boston does. So many possessions where the ball doesn't even go inside the three point line. Quote

papalawrence Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago What a great game. Boston played well. Brown is an all-nba guy and White was on fire again, and Det comes away with the win. Fun game to watch. Ivey is starting to show a bit more composure with facilitating and his D was impressive. They still need work against the zone but it's scary that they're still improving Quote
papalawrence Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I really enjoy Brown and White's games. They have dna similar to Detroit Quote
buddha Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago cade is impressive. who is their #2 scoring option in the playoffs when they double team cade every time he gets the ball? Quote

buddha Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago 11 minutes ago, Deleterious said: He is currently on another team. i think so too. my worry is they have a great regular season team because they try hard and play defense when no one else in the league competes like that on a regular basis. and they have a guy who can get buckets when they need it as well as almost anyone in the league. but come playoff time when teams game plan them every game, theyre going to take away duren's roll game (they already kind of have), hunt robinson and duren on switches on defense, make ausar shoot, and double team cade and make him work at the other end. get the ball out of his hands. have to get a legit second ball handler (jenkins aint it) and hopefully a wing who can score on his own and play defense. i dont think they'll need to break the bank for murphy, but he would fill that bill quite nicely. i'd definitely include ivey and a couple firsts to do it.
