Seriously, there are a ton of clips of him leaving the arena and running stop signs, red lights, cutting people off.  I'm shocked he hasn't been in an accident before this.

The Lakers could have $65 million in cap space this summer if they want.  They could sign Dybantsa, Boozer, and Peterson to $20 million a year deals.  What a dumb idea.

Ausar is an easy no.  But it might be more difficult to say no to Amen.  Think I still might pass this summer and be willing to match a max offer in restricted free agency should he get one.

as long as there is a draft, there will be tanking.

you could penalize teams by "adding wins" to their record if they win less than a specified number of games.  all these ideas MIGHT affect the margins, but will not stop the problem.

if you can cut down the number of teams that see any value in tanking, to me that is enough. I don't care if one or maybe two teams tank, but when 30% of your schedule is, then it's a problem.

I don't think tanking is the problem fans think. 

The system needs tweaks but no major overhaul. I would start by hammering teams like Utah that are sitting healthy players in the 4th quarter.

I don't think the proposal I just saw on ESPN to reward teams for winning after the ASB can work. It would just turn the season into something like one of those velo races where the cyclists try to creep around the track through the beginning of the race then suddenly take off sprinting to the end. A team would lose as many as it could out of the gate, then try hard in the 2nd half. I guess it solves the problem at the end of the season, but only by ruining the 1st half.

21 for McCain tonight in 23 minutes.  Amazing he couldn't get minutes in Philly.  OKC might have the steal of the deadline.

Boozer is so good.  His big flaw is being in the same class as AJ Dybantsa.  Tonight his offense wasn't that great, and he had some foul trouble, still had a huge impact on the game.  I like that in a player.  The other big thing, he wanted the ball at the end of the game, multiple times.  Another thing I like to see in a big time player.
