Lets still make game threads for Pistons playoff games and use this for everything not related to Detroit.

Eastern seeds are set.  West still has a few more games to finish up tonight.

I like the way it lines up for Detroit.

They sweep any of the 7-10 teams. 

Sweep or 4-1 Toronto.  4-1 maybe 4-2 against Cleveland. 

Then it's probably the winner of NYK-BOS.  I think they beat the Knicks but Boston worries me.  Two stars, great role players, excellent coach.  That is a very difficult series.  The Pistons can beat them, but I think I might Boston might be a slight favorite.

Orlando beats Philly to become the 7th seed

West

Clippers beat GSW

Suns beat Portland to become the 7th seed

Portland beats LAC to become the 8th seed

My problem with Denver is the same I had with a healthy Lakers team.  Bad defense.

I really wanted NYK in our bracket. CLE is a pretty bad matchup for us. I think that's going to be a tight second round series that could go either way.

JB and his staff should be watching that PHX-DAL series from a few years ago 

I think Phoenix scored something like 85% of their points in the first two games when the hunted Luka. Kidd made adjustments, including heavy pressure on the ball, even doubling the ball, before the screen. Completely took Phoenix out of rhythm and Dallas made the big comeback to win the series. 

Cleveland isn't much of a concern.  They are one of the softest teams in the league. The pistons feast on soft teams.
