JB was the bomb this whole post-season.  He really set the tone, and Anunoby (sp?) will never have to pay for a cab again in the city… for the rest of his life. lol.

I am actually old enough, ( as I’ve been telling everyone I am indeed older than dirt) to remember both the ‘70 and’73 Knicks team.
It’s gonna be a pretty gigantic party tonight and probably right through the weekend everywhere you’re looking in New York for the next few days. Should be fun.

I also remember those Clyde Frazier led teams. Used to love watching Frazier play.

I'm also happy for Mike Brown. He's been ridiculed a lot over the years and now he is a champion

This seems to be the poem that’s been circulating around the city and the suburbs since game four.:

My mayor is Muslim

My bagel is Jewish

the Pope’s on our side

Knicks in  five

No.  It is ridiculous Harper has to deal with that while trying to inbound.  He couldn't even pass to someone in the corner because of the guy in orange.

So what happens if Harper pivots and passes but it hits the guy in orange?  Out of bounds violation on Harper?

Depends if the Knicks have enough cap space to add orange guy or not.

I imagine they get to inbound again, move the cock back to its original spot.  But I have no clue.

Almost wish the Spurs had pulled it out last night.  The league would have to review the no call on Wemby when he entered Brunson's landing area.  Normally that would be upgraded to a flagrant 100% of the time, the easiest call ever.  But that would have meant Victor had 4 flagrant points and would have been suspended for game #6.

It would have been interesting to watch the league dance around that one.

I've decided Wemby is my newest opposing player to hate.

I think most of the NBA has done the same.  People love to hate dirty players.  The fact he totally disappeared in every big moment of the series is just icing on the cake.

Even the game they won, Wemby didn't take a single shot the final 4 minutes.  Smart to keep it away from him if it was intentional.  But as bad as the Spurs coaches are I would guess it was just Victor wanting nothing to do with the big moment.
