A lot better on offense than Ausar, but still can't shoot at all.  I don't think I would give him a max extension.  Especially not this summer.  Wait and see what he does next year and maybe then he is worth the max.

Most expect Orlando to fire Mosley. The first name I read in the rumor mill to replace him is Dusty May. 

College coaches don't have a good track record jumping to the NBA. Can't imagine why they would want to go the junior varsity route.

billy donovan has been linked to it too.

dusty is going to be linked to every big job.  the nba is such a different animal, who knows if he would do well.

That Jakob Poeltl extension will haunt Toronto.  Around $28 million per starting next year.  He played 19 MPG and gave them 7 points and 6 rebounds per game in the Cleveland series.  He was pretty much unplayable at times.

I saw that he is.  I don't know if he'd fit the roster or the cap. I was more or less throwing stuff at the wall.

Previously we had a Weaver organization that made moves on top of moves, recklessly firing "all the bullets in the clip" and shedding assets along the way. Now we have the opposite. An organization that is loyal to a fault.

This is the type of organization that cripples its future by giving Duren a max contract, so get ready for it.

The extension is a head scratcher for sure.

Not opposed to rewarding good work.  But put a car in his driveway.  Give him access to your private jet and tell him to take his family anywhere he wants for 2 weeks on your dime.  

There was no reason to extend him if he had 3 years left.
