IdahoBert Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago So, Jack just struck out the side in the first inning on 11 pitches… Quote
IdahoBert Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago So Jack has struck out four guys in a row. I was hoping that he would hit Story in the back like Framber did, but I’m not allowed to have what I want this world. Quote

IdahoBert Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Now it’s five strikeouts in a row. Is there any indication that the body snatchers have got a hold of him? Is there a weird button in the back of his neck or something? 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Sonny Gray is so afraid of Zach McKinstry. He pitched him like he was Ted Williams or something. Nothing even close to the strike zone. They used to do this stuff to Brandon Inge too. Quote

SoCalTiger Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago our defense is so bloody bad. Keith and Tork ( pop ups ) are just bad. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) so tonight's contribution about broadcast timing. For the 1st time in a long time I'm listening to the game on the WTKA OTA broadcast. I have gameday open, and gameday is just about 7 second *ahead* of the OTA radio at the end of the last inning, but almost 17 ahead on the 1st pitch of the next inning, but again by the end of the inning the difference was back down to ~8sec. These are fairly rough approximations since gameday is not completely consistent, but on average it appears that they are overextended the inning break on the radio by 10sec. Doesn't seem to be consistent from inning to inning though. Edited 2 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I knew that high slide was gonna be a problem. Quote
SoCalTiger Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago did Verling slow down between first and second ? Quote
GalagaGuy Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Vierling rounded first like he could coast into second. Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) once again, Jack can't pitch with runners on. edit: and one of the Dans just said that he doesn't do well from the stretch. Edited 1 hour ago by Crazy Cat Gentleman Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Tomorrow better not be an off day. Guys need to be running laps and doing stairs all day. Quote
SoCalTiger Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Keith is simply unplayable in the field. Just wake up and stop playing him in the field. Anywhere. He stinks. Sorry DH. Period. Quote
